Veganuary is almost over, but vegan options on menus are here to stay. With 7% of the UK’s population now choosing a plant-based diet, it’s no wonder!

Frankie and Benny’s have carried vegan options for a while now, and we’re going to look at the type of vegan meal you can put together from their menu.

Starter

Choose from:

    Great to nibble while you wait.
  • Garlic Pizza Bread
    Baked and loaded with garlic and herbs.
  • Bruschetta Napoli
    Toasted garlic ciabatta topped with tomato, red onion and basil,  drizzled with balsamic glaze.

Main Course

Choose from:

  • Veggie Burger
    Quinoa, beetroot, soya & tomato patty, plus red onion and gherkin. With vegan mayo (naturally).
  • Penne Arrabiata
    Roasted red peppers, red onion, green chillies and olives in a spicy tomato and garlic sauce. An Italian favourite.

  • Fries
  • Sweet Potato Fries
  • Garlic Pizza Bread
    Baked and loaded with garlic and herbs.
  • Side Salad

Dessert

  • Sorbet – One Scoop and Three Scoops
    Choose from lemon and mango.
  • Fruit Salad
    Strawberries, blueberries, bananas, apples, and pineapple.
